Fingerprinting Services  

 The New London Police Department now contracts with Biometric Identification Services for all non-criminal fingerprinting.

Fingerprinting hours are from 10 AM to 2 PM on the following days of the month:

1st Friday of the Month 

3rd Friday of the Month

5th Friday of the Month (Applicable)
 Fingerprinting services are by appointment only.

 More Information:

  • The cost of fingerprinting by BIS is $25.00. This cost is regulated by BIS, not the New London Police Department
  • Positive identification is required. If you do not bring ID, you will be turned away
  • Accepted forms of payment include Cash, Business Check, Bank Check or Money Order.
  • Personal Checks are not accepted
  • On-Site group fingerprinting is also available through BIS by calling 888-436-8878
